The final transnational project meeting of the AVICO project was held in Belgrade on
16 and 17 March 2026, hosted by the Aviation Academy of Belgrade. The meeting
gathered representatives from all partner institutions to review the progress achieved
and to coordinate the remaining activities before the official end of the project.
During the two-day programme, partners focused on pending tasks, including the
completion of intellectual outputs, final validations and dissemination activities.
Particular attention was given to the preparation of the final report, quality
assurance documentation and the last promotional materials, ensuring that all
results are clearly documented and accessible to the wider VET community.
The consortium also discussed strategies for project wrap up and long-term
sustainability of the AVICO results. Partners agreed on concrete steps to maintain
and further develop the curriculum, MOOC and teaching resources after the project\u2019s
formal conclusion, including their integration into institutional practices and future
cooperation opportunities. The meeting in Belgrade marked an important milestone,
confirming that AVICO will continue to support VET learners and educators in the
